Daniela Zerilli is a sommelier and an entrepreneur in the fields of human resources (wherein she has acquired plenty of experience by working with her father who is a businessman and author of several books on personnel management published by Franco Angeli) and food and wine advertising, which has brought her to organize ad hoc events throughout Italy as well as in New York, Switzerland and Hong Kong. She describes herself as a person that loves talking about wine, teaching it, describing it and arousing emotions in people when she illustrates its perfumes and aromas. She also likes studying the raw materials, visiting the canteens, and creating wine/food pairings.
