Maitre Sommelier of the Chaine de Rotisseurs in Milan
Diana Zerilli is a Sommelier who has passed from the role of entrepreneur in the field of Human Resources, professional experience gained alongside her father Entrepreneur and Author of books on personnel management published by Franco Angeli, to that of food and wine advertising in Italy and abroad, creating ad hoc events in Italy, New York, Switzerland, Hong Kong. He has noble origins that he does not like to flaunt.
She says about herself: I love talking about wine, teaching it, describing it, and I love arousing emotion when I describe its aromas and perfumes, studying the raw materials, visiting the cellars, creating wine / food combinations.
On 4 July 2020 she received the diploma of Maitre Sommelier of the Bailage of Milan of the Chaine de Rotisseurs and was awarded on 4 October 2020 by the Chaine de Rotisseurs in the Basilica of Lucca.
