Pasquale Gatto has recovered in the footsteps of his grandfather who opened the Enoteca back in 1918, modernizing the location while maintaining tradition and authenticity.
On 4 July 2020 she received the diploma of Maitre Sommelier of the Bailage of Milan of the Chaine de Rotisseurs and was awarded on 4 October 2020 by the Chaine de Rotisseurs in the Basilica of Lucca.
Born as an assistant cook, over time he developed an innate passion for cooking, thanks also to the help of Chef Fortini, he acquired gastronomic skills and joined the chef in the kitchen.
